If that is the case, then the Browns really need to draft the best available wide receiver on the board. <p>They lost tight end Jordan Cameron to free agency and star wide receiver Josh Gordon to suspension, so whomever the Browns’ quarterback will be for 2015 won’t have a lot of weapons to throw to, that’s for sure.</p> <p>This brings Perriman to the table for the Browns, and it isn’t that far out of the possibility of occurring Thursday.</p> <p><a href=.
