We all know the Tennessee Titans need help at more than the quarterback position, but why would the Titans pass on a possible franchise quarterback in Mariota when he’ll be there for the taking with the second overall selection? <p>It is uncertain if the Titans will even draft at this selection, but if they do keep their pick they could make a selection of Leonard Williams at defensive tackle.
