The Lions are in the midst of some shuffling along the offensive line. No one is exactly sure who will end up where, but everyone is sure that there’s a need for at least one and probably two offensive lineman selections over the weekend.

Andrus Peat out of Stanford is tackle who’s ready to be plugged into the starting lineup right away.

He started 27 games at left tackle over his last two seasons in college, earning second team All-American honors and a spot as an Outland Trophy semifinalist in 2014.

While he could probably step into the NFL and immediately play left tackle, the odds are he’ll probably end up on the right side to start his career.

As with Brown, it could be a question of whether Peat is still available at 23. He’s mocked anywhere from the top 10 all the way up to No. 25, so it’s at least possible he’ll be on the board for Detroit. With a giant 6-7, 313-pound frame to work with, Andrus Peat would be a bit of a steal for the Lions in the first round.
