This is it, the 2015 NFL draft has finally arrived! But before Roger Goodell steps up to the podium and makes 32 players dream of being a first round draft pick a reality I’m here to offer up one last 2015 NFL Mock Draft.
Trade rumors continue to swirl surrounding the number two pick, the Jaguars have expressed interest in moving back from pick three, and the Redskins are fully expected to keep the phone lines open at pick five. The Jets have already called all top five teams to see what it would take to move up, and the Saints and Browns are both armed with two first round choices, so the current draft order is anything but final.
For the sake of simplicity there will be no trades allowed in this particular mock draft, but I’ll do my best to make mention of where I think trades could happen and potential targets for each team. Please feel free to comment and let me know what liked or didn’t. I tried to make sure everyone got a scheme and personality fit at a position of need without just churning out all of the same names you’ve seen hundreds of times at this point (starting at pick five anyway.)
Rest assured there are five or six alternates to this draft all with different names, so if you don’t see a player you were expecting it’s not because I don’t like them, it’s because I came up with a list of 48 players good enough to be taken in the first round, but only 32 spots to fill. Enough talk, let’s get to the picks:
