DeVante Parker. 12. player. 53.
The Browns have made no secret of their desire to trade up to second pick in the draft to take Marcus Mariota, but as of this writing no trade has occurred and the Browns would happily take Parker with the 12th pick, should they decide to keep it.

Dwayne Bowe and Brian Hartline were quality veteran additions to a receiving group that lost top wide out Josh Gordon to suspension, with Miles Austin and tight end Jordan Cameron departing during free agency. But the roster still lacks a true number one receiver.

While there are still plenty of upside players available at receiver Parker is the last ‘sure thing’ thanks to his combination of size (6’3, 209 lbs), speed (ran a 4.45 at the combine), and strong hands. He’s also run a variety of routes and is no stranger to the slot position.

If Parker is gone by this point, Washington nose tackle Danny Shelton would look good in the center of Mike Pettine’s defense.
. WR. Louisville
