With the NFL Draft finally here, the speculation is through the roof. With so many prospects anticipating a phone call that will change their life, whom will the New York Giants select with the ninth-overall pick?

There are a lot of areas where the Giants need help, but I think it’s safe to eliminate quarterback from the discussion. Aside from that, though, the Giants could theoretically draft a player in the first round at any position.

General Manager Jerry Reese is best known for his “draft the best player available regardless of need” strategy, but it hasn’t really worked out all the time.

So let’s now take a look at seven unique draft scenarios that could unfold at the 2015 NFL Draft.
