With the success of the passing game in the NFL, I have found myself loading up on multiple options at the WR position in recent years. Finding late round WR options in your draft is not always easy, but they usually have big upside simply based on opportunity.

Stedman Bailey has always seemed to be the forgotten man. He was the complementary receiver to Tavon Austin in college, and he has stood back and waited for his turn behind Austin and others with the St. Louis Rams the last two seasons. Bailey finally started to see some playing time late last season, and I think it could carry over to mean big things for him in 2015.

With Brian Quick and Kenny Britt the Rams’ main receivers on the outside, Bailey was the main slot receiver for the team down the stretch. He is simply a solid player with a good combination of speed and quickness who always seems to get open. Bailey is a fantastic route runner, and his hands are as consistent as they come.

New quarterback Nick Foles could be just what Bailey needed to get more involved in the offense, as he typically likes to spread the ball around, and he excels in the middle of the field. Bailey is a very consistent player who is easy to trust, and can help smooth the transition for Foles. While his fantasy upside is not massive, I see him playing a large role for their offense this season, and he will be a nice guy to have on your roster, especially in PPR leagues.
