– Won’t get by the Packers

Since Aaron Rodgers has become the man in Green Bay, the Packers have been a very difficult team to beat. For the past four seasons, the Packers have won the NFC North, and with the Lions taking a step back in the offseason, the Packers looked poised to win the North once again.

Detroit had some key losses to their great defense with Ndamukong Suh and Nick Fairley leaving. Despite the losses on defense, the Lions still have Matthew Stafford and Calvin Johnson on offense, and that’s better than most teams have.

The Bears will likely not be challenging the Packers this season for the NFC North title, as Rodgers and the Packers are good for double-digits wins once again. Realistically, the Bears will be below .500 and with the Minnesota Vikings on the rise, it may be another last place finish in the NFC North for the Bears.
