Over the last three seasons, the bar for success in Seattle has been set very high. After finishing the season with a losing record four straight seasons from 2008-2011, the Seattle Seahawks have won at least 11 regular-season games every year since then, including representing the NFC in the Super Bowl the last two seasons.
This year, the Seahawks will look to become the first team to visit three straight Super Bowls since the Buffalo Bills did it in the early 1990s. Success for this team is nothing less than hoisting the Lombardi Trophy in Santa Clara next February.
They’re clearly right there. The Seahawks are a team that has all the pieces to win a championship this year, the questions is, can they put each of these pieces in play in the right way in order to bring home a ring?
The team isn’t looking to make a huge number of changes, as they’ve already worked out a fairly successful formula. However, there’s always room for improvement, and after an unsuccessful visit to the Championship game last year, they’re looking to do anything they can that will give them a better chance at victory this upcoming season.
