San Diego Chargers @ Denver Broncos:

In the first game of the Wild Card weekend I think there will be an in-division matchup. In the regular season matchups I have these two teams splitting their games, but now they are going to Mile High Stadium and Peyton Manning will be hungry for one more chance at a Super Bowl. In the end the Broncos are just a little bit better than the Chargers in almost all aspects of the came and the home field advantage is also a big advantage for Denver. In a hard fought game Denver will prevail against a strong Chargers team and secure themselves a chance at revenge against the Colts.

Winner: Denver Broncos

Kansas City Chiefs @ Pittsburgh Steelers:

This is a very intriguing game as  both teams would have their strengths matchup up. The Steelers prolific offense will face the very good Chiefs defense. I think in this game the Chiefs would be able to get a lot of pressure on Big Ben. Bell and Brown will still be very hard to cover, but I think the Chiefs will be able to somewhat stop Pittsburgh’s offense. The Steelers defense really isn’t very good and they will struggle to stop Jamaal Charles. The Chiefs will be able to establish a running game, which will open up the passing game and Alex Smith will have a lot of success against a bad Steelers secondary.

Winner: Kansas City Chiefs
