Kansas City Chiefs @ New England Patriots:

This game has upset written all over it, very similarly to the Ravens game in Foxboro this past year. It will be very intriguing because the last time these two teams will have met was the 41- 14 destruction put on by the Chiefs, though it was at Arrowhead. A key for this game will be the offensive line of the Patriots, which I do believe will be improved this year.

The Patriots front seven should be able to somewhat stop Knile Davis and Jamaal Charles forcing Smith to be the driving force of the offense. I think this game will come down right to the wire and really could go either way, but I think at the end Alex Smith and the Chiefs will fall just short and the Patriots streak of four AFC Championships in a row will go to five.

Winner: New England Patriots

Denver Broncos @ Indianapolis Colts:

This is the rematch from last years divisional round matchup between both these teams. This is going to be a great matchup in which a great receiving corps will matchup with a great secondary. In their regular season matchup I have the Colts winning this game in a shootout, but playoff situations are always different.

Last year the Colts offense wasn’t what beat the Broncos in the playoffs, it was Peyton Manning poor play that sank the Broncos title run. I think the Colts offense will struggle a bit again and unlike last year, Manning and especially C.J. Anderson will rip apart a at best decent Colts defense and win this game.

Winner: Denver Broncos
