After two preseason games, the Philadelphia Eagles look like the hottest team in the NFL. It’s important to point out that preseason success doesn’t always carry over to the regular season, but it appears that Chip Kelly’s plan is working despite various former players calling him out during the offseason. Philadelphia sailed to a decisive victory over the Ravens in front of their home crowd.

The Eagles found success early and often on both sides of the ball. Sam Bradford’s debut as an Eagle was quick, but he showed he’s recovered well from his torn ACL that came a year ago. Additionally, the defense caused havoc all game and forced Joe Flacco into making some poor decisions and punishing him for it.

Overall, it was another step in the right direction for the Philadelphia Eagles. Their week three game against the Green Bay Packers will provide another great challenge for the defense as the starters should see a significant amount of playing time, which is something many didn’t see against the Pittsburgh Steelers or Ravens.
