While the Minnesota Vikings continue their dominance in the NFL preseason, the team itself continues to undergo constant evaluation.

With the 2015 preseason nearing the end and the 4-0 record of head coach Mike Zimmer keeping his undefeated streak alive, the Vikings are settling into a good rhythm while the rest of the NFL gears up for its fourth game.

For some players, however, there will be no resting.

The preseason is a time of evaluation in the NFL and players who can step up in game situations often get the edge over training camp stars who simply can’t produce in “real” football. As impressive as a player can be in camp, it’s the preseason that often gives a player an edge or will see a player stumble.

For the players on this list, it’s all about failing to impress.

The fourth preseason game is in the books for the Vikings, but some of these players are waiting with bated breath to see if they will continue on into the fifth and into the regular season. Others are secure but slid a little and may see players with stronger performances edge them out for opportunities in the regular season.

First up, we’ll talk about a running back who continues to struggle.
