In 2013, the Cincinnati Bengals made the widely-praised decision to select Tyler Eifert at No. 21 overall in the NFL Draft. In the two seasons that have followed, however, Eifert has played a grand total of 16 games.

In 2015, it’s now or never for the former John Mackey Award winner.

Eifert has all of the tools to be one of the NFL’s truly elite tight ends. He stands at 6’6″ and 250 pounds with the agility, hands and catch radius to terrorize opposing defensive coordinators.

Eifert simply hasn’t put it together with any form of consistency.

Injuries limited him to one game played in 2014, but that doesn’t mean he can’t break out in 2015. Andy Dalton has weapons all around him, but if Eifert is healthy, he will be one of the most productive tight ends in the NFL.

Currently going undrafted in many ESPN leagues, Eifert is a player worth gambling on.
