The most important position on most teams in the NFL is that of the quarterback. Look at any time in the history of the NFL, or that of any Super Bowl champion in the past 49 years, and most of those teams had a top-tier quarterback leading the charge.
With the start of the 2015 NFL season under way Thursday night, followed with games on Sunday and Monday, we’ll get a chance to see how all 32 starting quarterbacks will do. Some will impress, while others will cause their fans a deep depression for a game, a month or the entire season, depending on if you are a fan of the Cleveland Browns or not. (Just kidding … sort of.)

These NFL power rankings of quarterbacks rank all 32 quarterbacks. This won’t help your fantasy team much on a weekly basis, as this list isn’t for fantasy purposes, but to see who is the best and worst quarterbacks on a weekly basis, and not just by their overall stats.
This first week is tough to choose since a single game hasn’t been played, but we’ll give it a go in Week 1. After this week, we’ll have a lot more to work with.
