2. How do you run on them?

Frank Gore quietly had a strong 2014 season for the San Francisco 49ers, but his old team was far too willing to let him leave this offseason, opting instead to make tailor-made second-year replacement Carlos Hyde, who dazzled a national audience in Week 1, their feature back. The 49ers aren’t having any regrets now, especially since Gore only managed 31 yards on eight carries in his Colts debut.

It won’t get any easier for the former superstar this Monday against the Jets, who are even better at stopping the run. Even though neither Isaiah Crowell nor Duke Johnson are as touted as Gore is, the fact that they held Crowell to just 1.7 yards per carry on 12 carries is incredibly impressive in itself.
