55. Ben Roethlisberger’s numbers during Week 1 don’t count for much. The Pittsburgh Steelers comfortably lost to the New England Patriots, and a late touchdown throw to Antonio Brown was virtually meaningless given the amount of time left on the clock. In Week 2, Roethlisberger redeemed himself. <div class=. (2-0). Previous: . Ben Roethlisberger. 7. team

This time around, it was as dominant a performance as the numbers show.

Roethlisberger completed 21 of his 27 passing attempts for 369 yards and three touchdowns to no interceptions. He did this against a San Francisco 49ers team that held Teddy Bridgewater to 232 yards in Week 1.

Throughout the early weeks of 2015, Roethlisberger has been airing it out with no remorse.

It’s hard to stop Roethlisberger when he’s aggressively gunning it downfield. It’s even harder to prevent the Steelers from scoring when Antonio Brown is on the receiving end of those throws.

More performances like this will put Roethlisberger even deeper into the MVP discussion.
