18. Nick Foles (Rams) vs Pittsburgh
Here’s the first surprise on the list. Foles had a surprisingly good week one with nearly 300 yards and a touchdown against Seattle. However, the whole team regressed in a road trip to a lowly Washington squad. There’s no way they’ll compete with Pittsburgh, who looked dominant against San Francisco, right? Well, Colin Kaepernick will still be able to string 335 passing yards and two touchdowns together for a great outing. Foles should be back on the higher end.
17. Drew Brees (Saints) at Carolina
Surely, Brees couldn’t screw up a golden opportunity against the Buccaneers? Well, last week’s top prospect only managed 255 passing yards with one touchdown and one interception. He’s injured and he’s going up against a strong Panthers defense that’s only given up 427 passing yards and two touchdowns despite seeing 98 attempts through games. Expect similar results this week.
