10. Philip Rivers (Chargers) at Minnesota

Rivers is one of the better quarterbacks in the league so far this season — he is completing 81.2 percent of his passes this season. However, that hasn’t necessarily given him lots of fantasy production. He’s struggled early in games and a better-than-expected Cincinnati defense held him down last week for 241 yards, two touchdowns, and a pick. Expect a return to form against the Minnesota Vikings, who has given up 14.7 points to opposing quarterbacks.

9. Peyton Manning (Broncos) at Detroit

An easy hot take last week was saying that Peyton Manning’s career was over, and in the first half against Kansas City, they looked to be right. Then a dominant second half propelled him to 256 yards and three touchdowns. It hasn’t been pretty, but Denver sits at 2-0 and are looking to continue improving by facing a bad Lions defense that gave up over 400 passing yards to San Diego in Week 1.
