The Green Bay Packers took care of business rather quickly Monday night against the Kansas City Chiefs. In a game where the score depicts a game much closer than reality, Aaron Rodgers continues to display why he is the NFL’s best quarterback. The Chiefs tried to muster a rally but Rodgers’ five-touchdown performance was simply too much to overcome.

As always, we turn our attention to some of the smaller facets of the game. The eye-popping numbers say one thing, but let’s look at some playmakers on both sides of the ball that made this win happen for the Packers. We saw the great running game not only compensate for Eddie Lacy’s injured ankle but create fear in the Chiefs defense. Likewise, the Packers defense is beginning to become a force to be reckoned with as Dom Capers begins to toy with opposing offenses. And let’s not forget the man behind center; we saw him put on a clinic, showing no mercy with his veteran savvy.
