Week 4 of the NFL season is finally over and it’s never too early to discuss which teams are under performing and which coaches should be sweating because they have coached their way into the hot seat. Only eight teams out of 32 have a winning recording heading into week 5, so it may be way too early to actually panic but some teams do make coaching moves early in hopes to save their season.

Last year the Raiders fired Dennis Allen in hopes of bouncing back from an 0-4 start.
