Is It Time to Bench Sam Bradford?

He was down right awful tonight with his three interceptions on the night. Despite not being great at throwing the ball down the field, he attempted many times tonight. Yes, he made some competitions down field, but those were more mid-range passes than long-range passes.

The Eagles won and moved into first place in the NFC East, but Bradford’s status as the starting quarterback needs to be reevaluated. At some point when the Eagles face better opposition, his inaccuracies will become a liability to the team. However, Chip Kelly has faith in Bradford. Given he has the power when it comes to player personnel decisions, don’t hold your breath on Bradford being benched. Bradford will have to cost the team a win before this happens and so far he hasn’t been the sole reason the Eagles lost a game this season.

This is Bradford’s offense no matter if you like it or not.
