Statistical Leader: Ryan Fitzpatrick, 154-of-249, 61.8% completion, 1,790 yards, 13 TD-7 INT

The New York Jets have been surprisingly stable at the quarterback position, thanks to the journeyman from Harvard.  He has been the steady hand that the team has needed, leading them down the field for points when they have needed them.  He makes smart decisions, to the tune of nearly a 2:1 TD to INT ratio.  He even has been quick with his feet, with 30 rushes for 124 yards and one touchdown.  It would be nice if he would slide, but his thumb injury will likely change that scenario.

Fitzpatrick has made particular strides the last few weeks, going three straight games without an interception (one game left early with injury).  He was forcing passes to Brandon Marshall early, but that problem has been minimized as of late.

Geno Smith did play well in one relief appearance, though he still held the ball too long.
