Todd Bowles

Todd Bowles is not a lot of fun to listen to. His quiet, almost monotone timbre almost has shades of Eric Mangini in it. There are no costumes, no excited quotes, no meltdowns, no boasts. Todd Bowles simply keeps his team’s focus on the task in front of them. No win brings him to high, and no loss brings him too low.

That is why he will keep the New York Jets in the playoff race until the very end.

Todd Bowles has some growing pains to get through, no doubt. His time management has been suspect at times. Then again, many coaches have that problem. Some of the decision making has left something to be desired. He’ll get better with each game. Todd Bowles, keeping the Jets on an even keel no matter what happens, will weather any storm and keep the Jets in the race until the bitter end.
