The Eagles fell to 4-7 after their embarrassing 45-14 Thanksgiving Day loss to the Detroit Lions, which has some calling for the Eagles to fire their head coach, Chip Kelly.

This loss followed their previous Week 11 45-17 loss where the Eagles got dominated by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, who had the first pick in the 2015 NFL Draft last year. The player they took number one overall was James Winston, who threw for five touchdowns against the Birds.

To make matters worse, in the Week 12 loss on Thanksgiving Day, former 2009 number one pick Matt Stafford threw for five touchdowns on the Eagles as well.

The Eagles have their own number one pick, 2010 first round pick Sam Bradford, who Kelly traded Nick Foles and second round pick for. However, Bradford missed his second consecutive game and has been terrible this season.

This has been deemed “Chip’s Team,” but has resembled a train wreck at this point. It has gotten so bad that Dave Stevenson from FanSided.com shared a fan’s video, which is a farewell video to Kelly’s run as Eagles head coach.

The Eagles are in tough spot with Kelly because they gave him full control and he gutted the roster. The players on the offense are fits in “Kelly’s Offense” and it may be a hard task for someone else to step in right now.

Kelly is currently 24-19 as the Eagles head coach and 0-1 in the playoffs, which is not terrible, but after the horrendous Thanksgiving performance by the Eagles; it may be time for Kelly and the Eagles to cut ties.

Here are five replacements for Chip Kelly if the Eagles would fire their current head coach.
