In August of this year, USA Today came out with their 2015 NFL predictions, listing the Chicago Bears to finish with a 3-13 record, dead last in the league.

There was no confidence by the media or anyone else for that matter in the ability of the coaching staff to turn this team around. To be honest, that is pretty understandable considering that the Bears were supposed to have a 12-4 season last year. But the coaching staff from 2014 to 2015 are apples and oranges by comparison.

At one point it appeared that the predications would come true. But a relationship was developing between the players and the coaching staff, with leadership playing a big part on the team. After losing the first three games, the Bears came back and won back-to-back games against the Kansas City Chiefs and the Oakland Raiders. But it took the Thanksgiving Day victory over the Green Bay Packers, to bring life into the remaining season. So, what does the reaming season look like for the Bears? Bears can finish the season with a 9-7 record.
