Anthony Barr has shown that the first round pick the Minnesota Vikings invested in him in 2014 was well worth it.

Showing good hustle and making big plays for the Vikes, Barr managed to have a fantastic game. In particular, his forced fumble against Tevin Coleman while running from behind to catch him on a breakaway was a thing of beauty.

Not enough can be said about how well Barr played. He’s being recognized all over the media for it and the praise is well deserved. He’s on the best players of the week from Pro Football Focus and the Star Tribune article on Monday gushed about Barr and noted his teammates doing so as well.

Barr finished the day in on eight tackles, a tackle for a loss, a sack, one pass defensed, and two fumbles. Not a bad day’s work.
