Jason Myers could be credited with two of the Jaguars eight losses this season. Myers replaced long-time, fan favorite, Josh Scobee this past offseason, and while Myers is 23 of 27 on field goal attempts with a long of 58 yards and a 53 yard game winner against the Ravens, he still needs to be let go this offseason.

The reason? Myers has missed seven extra points. Seven! Myers ranks dead last in the league with an 80% percent success rate. Myers missed two extra points a few weeks ago in the Jaguars 42-39 loss against the Titans. The Jaguars opted to go for two on what would have been his third try but failed.

The Jaguars should be atop the division, and should have swept the season series against the Colts. However, Myers had two game winning chances to beat the Colts back in October, but missed both.

Myers will have the rest of the season to potentially give the team reason to keep him going into next year, but he will need to make the rest of his extra points from here on out. If not? Roberto Aguayo out of Florida State could be the new kicker in 2016.
