Jacksonville Jaguars: 5 Players Who Need to Go

Dwayne Gratz
Pro Football Focus listed Gratz as the 83rd-best cornerback in the NFL in 2014. He is not doing much better this season. The Jaguars are giving up around 260 yards through the air, which is among the bottom in the league. Sure, it’s hard to defend the pass when there isn’t much consistent pressure up front. However, Gratz is always trailing in coverage and chances are, if you throw his way, there’s a good chance of a completion.
Gratz only has one pass deflection all year. It is pretty baffling how Davon House was benched for a game after he was torched by DeAndre Hopkins. Nevertheless, Gratz’s insertion into the starting lineup did not last long.
After being drafted in the third round in 2013 out of UCONN, it is likely the Jaguars find his replacement in the draft this offseason. Maybe Vernon Hargreaves perhaps?
