We go a full two rounds in this 2016 NFL Mock Draft, highlighted by a surprising choice from the Dallas Cowboys.

As the NFL post-season marches on, many teams are already looking to the off season. Most of the current attention is being spent on the playoffs, and for good reason, but there are plenty of fan bases who are ready to look ahead. Obviously free agency will come first, but the most exciting part of the off season is the draft.

There are certainly some interesting players in the 2016 NFL draft class, but the most impressive part of this class is their overall depth at many positions. This class is loaded with talent at defensive tackle, cornerback and offensive line just to name a few. When it comes down to it, the middle rounds are going to be just as important as the first round this season, because impact starters are undoubtedly going to be available.

With all of the depth, I wanted to take a look further than the first round. The first round is obviously important, but there is much more to the draft than that. So, for this 2016 NFL Mock Draft, I decided to go with two full rounds.

Are you interested in seeing which direction your favorite team will be looking in this draft season? Look no further than this two-round 2016 NFL Mock Draft.
