The Oakland Raiders have a number of needs to address this offseason. Here’s a look at some of the perfect fits that will be available when 2016 NFL Free Agency kicks off on March 9.

The 2015 campaign was certainly an exciting one for the Oakland Raiders, a team that showed immense potential after years of utter disappointment. While they failed to make the playoffs, the 2016 offseason presents them an opportunity to make the necessary moves to finally snap their 13-year postseason drought.

So how do they do that? Well, addressing some of the biggest holes in the roster would certainly be a good start. Obviously the 2016 NFL Draft will play a pivotal role in making the necessary upgrades, but 2016 NFL Free Agency will also be a key factor in determining whether or not GM Reggie McKenzie makes enough progress to keep the Raiders playing past Week 17.

With that in mind, I’ve put together a quick look at which pending free agents would be the best fits for the Raiders’ biggest needs. They may not be available when March 9 rolls around, but they’d certainly get the job done if Oakland is lucky enough to get them under contract for 2016.
