Few players in this league are better at finding the end zone than Cincinnati Bengals running back Jeremy Hill.

Cleveland Browns rookie quarterback Kevin Hogan scored an amazing 28-yard touchdown run to put his team within striking distance, but it didn’t take long for Jeremy Hill to respond by extending the Cincinnati Bengals lead to 28-17.

To that point, Hill had only four carries, but he was definitely efficient with 48 rushing yards on those attempts. Well, his yards per carry average is now up to 26.4 today, because he produced a 74-yard touchdown run to electrify the crowd.

Hill should get credit for showing great explosiveness on that run, but that was way too easy. The Bengals blew open a monstrous hole and the Browns had nobody at the second level who could make the play. No realistic tackling angle existed, and Hill just accelerated his way to paydirt.

Make that Hill’s fourth rushing touchdown in seven games this season and note that this is also his first 100-yard game of 2016. He came excruciatingly close to 100 in a two-touchdown performance against the Denver Broncos, but he wasn’t having his best season to this point with 3.6 yards per carry through the first six weeks.

Thanks to the Browns barely-there defense, Hill gets a huge stats boost off of this week alone. Let’s see if he can make some more memorable plays today, because I have a feeling he has one more touchdown in him.

And to think, I didn’t start him in fantasy this week.
