New York Jets receiver Quincy Enunwa would not be denied, breaking three Cleveland Browns tackles on the way to the end zone.

The New York Jets haven’t had anything close to the start they’d hope for in the 2016 NFL season. However, they were hoping to turn things around in Week 8 as they went on the road to face the winless Cleveland Browns. However, things looked even more dire after the first half and at the start of the second with New York trailing 20-7. Jets receiver Quincy Enunwa wasn’t going to go down without a fight, though—both literally and figuratively.

With the visitors driving and needing a touchdown to stay alive, Ryan Fitzpatrick looked to the outside of the left hash-mark to find Enunwa open in the flats. The Browns defense back in coverage then tried to collapse on the receiver. Yet, that still wasn’t enough to stop the Jets wideout.

Enunwa proceeded to break one tackle, then another, and then one more before stretching out and getting the ball across the goal-line for six points. That, my friends, is what you call a grown-man touchdown:

Yes, I’m fully aware that is horrible tackling by the Browns defense on that play. Still, that shouldn’t discredit the effort and tenacity of Enunwa on the play. He knew his team needed six points and he wasn’t going to stop driving until he found himself in the end zone.

The Jets obviously still trailed after the Enunwa score and subsequent extra point. However, a strong play like that is a good way to change the momentum of a game.
