Minnesota Vikings Troll FOX for Photoshopping Sam Bradford’s Head (Video)
FOX has been photoshopping the head of Sam Bradford on past Minnesota Vikings quarterbacks all year, so the team’s Twitter just had to troll the network.
One of the more interesting (and relatively pointless) subplots of the 2016 NFL season has been the NFL on FOX broadcast and their Sam Bradford graphics. Whenever they’ve used a graphic this season that included Bradford, they’ve been incredibly lazy. Rather than using a photo of the current Vikings quarterback, they’ve been Photoshopping his head onto other Minnesota signal-callers.
Why someone in the FOX production meetings thought this was a good call is irrelevant, but curious. However, the Vikings have started to take notice in recent weeks. Yet, FOX has just continued doing so, merely changing bodies for the head of Bradford. So in Week 11 after Bradford scored in the first quarter, the team’s Twitter account was in full troll mode.
Bradford found Adam Thielen on a beautiful throw in the right-front corner of the end zone. That big throw gave the Vikes an early 7-0 lead. Rather than having to look at another FOX Photoshop, though, the Vikings took matters into their own hands. The result was the perfect troll considering the situation:
First things first, any day with a Daunte Culpepper reference is a good day. What’s more that is just expert-level trolling right there. Maybe you can’t tell, but Bradford and Culpepper are not exactly the same skin tone. If you’re going to pointlessly Photoshop, you might as well go out. At least that seems to be the Vikings’ message to FOX.
