Aaron Rodgers absolutely owned the Seattle Seahawks by dropping a 66-yard dime on the run to Davante Adams for the opening Green Bay Packers score.

There was rightful concern from both the Green Bay Packers and Seattle Seahawks entering NFL Week 14 as to what Lambeau Field would look like for their matchup on Sunday. After all, they were calling for a major winter storm and snowfall. And in the morning, that snow was certainly coming down. However, that had died down almost entirely by kickoff. That was music to Aaron Rodgers’ ears.

Early in the first quarter with the Packers getting the rock, the former MVP quarterback went right at the Seahawks defense. In doing so, he also didn’t waste any time in finding paydirt. Rather, Rodgers made a play that truly only he’s capable of making to let the Seahawks know whose house they’re in.

Almost immediately after getting the snap, Rodgers rolled out of the pocket to his right. However, his eyes were downfield the entire time trying to find something big. Right about that time, he saw young wideout Davante Adams with a good step or more on his coverage. Somehow while still running to his right and not being set, Rodgers then uncorked a bomb down the right sideline to Adams and hit his man in stride, which went all the way into the end zone for the score:

There aren’t many humans in history that can make that type of throw with that kind of power and accuracy while on the run.

Of course, Rodgers is far from most quarterbacks as he remains unquestionably one of the league’s best. If he can keep making plays and scoring like this, he should be able to pull this disappointing team into contention for a Wild Card spot.
