1. Joey Bosa

There are some mixed feelings and opinions on how Joey Bosa will perform in his second NFL season, but I definitely feel as thought Bosa is heading for another double-digit sack campaign. It’s not like this guy is the only pass-rusher Los Angeles has either. Melvin Ingram will draw just as much attention from the offensive line as the former Ohio State Buckeye.

According to Pro Football Reference, Bosa finished his rookie season with 29 tackles and 10.5 sacks. That kind of production made is very easy for everyone to name him the NFL’s best defensive rookie last season. However, he is capable to having an even bigger season in 2017-2018. While he is in a conference with some amazing defensive ends, Bosa has the talent to find himself on their level very quickly.

I expect players like J.J. Watt and Kahlil Mack to be shoe-ins for this season’s Pro Bowl. That being said, the other defensive-end spots on the AFC are wide-open and will ultimately be for Bosa’s taking. Not only will he help the Chargers to the playoffs this year, he will also enjoy a nice trip to Orlando in late January.
