The Pittsburgh Steelers face the New York Giants at MetLife Stadium on Friday, Aug. 11 in the NFL preseason. Here’s all the info you need to watch.

Football is back, NFL style. And as things continue to get started, the Pittsburgh Steelers and New York Giants square off on Friday night at MetLife Stadium. Both teams have big hopes in their respective divisions this season. But we all know that journey begins in the 2017 NFL preseason.

As far as what we will learn from this game, that’s always hard to say. What we do know is that the Steelers will start rookie Josh Dobbs behind center. General manager Kevin Colbert used a fourth-round draft choice on the former University of Tennessee standout. Of course, he won’t have Le’Veon Bell or fellow rookie James Conner to hand off to.

Even still, there could be an Antonio Brown sighting early. We are also not sure we will see wide receiver Martavis Bryant, who has now been cleared by the NFL to practice and play in the preseason via his ever-changing conditional reinstatement.

As for the Giants, they have quarterbacks that they would like to get some work. Eli Manning could play for a series. But we’ll likely see Geno Smith, Josh Johnson and rookie Davis Webb on Friday evening. First-round pick Evan Engram, the former Ole Miss tight end, bears watching as well.

While Friday’s game will be broadcast in local markets, you can still check it out thanks to NFL Game Pass. However, you’ll need a paid subscription to the service to utilize it.
