The Denver Broncos face the San Francisco 49ers on Saturday, Aug. 19 in the NFL Preseason. Here’s all the info you need to watch.

Questions still remain about the Denver Broncos entering NFL Preseason Week 2, something that can also be said of the San Francisco 49ers. They’ll both meet at Levi’s Stadium on Saturday night to try and work things out further. Of course, the opposing team will surely be looking to make decisions more complicated.

Trevor Siemian and Paxton Lynch continue to battle for the starting quarterback job for the Broncos. It’s hard to say who has the upper hand overall, but Siemian has looked the best to this point. With that said, this isn’t a battle that’s going away at any point in the near future. As such, if either has a big outing against the 49ers, it could be a coup to really heat up the quarterback battle.

There might also be a quarterback battle brewing with San Francisco. Rookie C.J. Beathard has already moved up to No. 2 on the depth chart. With how Brian Hoyer looked in the preseason opener, another strong showing from the rookie could earn him starting consideration. That’s not all the 49ers have to look for against the Broncos, though. Questions on the line, defense and much more still remain.

Saturday’s matchup will be broadcast on NFL Network, which means the game should be streaming on NFL.com. You can also watch the matchup on NFL Game Pass and FuboTV. Both services require a paid subscription, though.

Both the 49ers and Broncos have plenty to learn from this matchup. Decisions aren’t fully made at this point. However, this is the time when starters begin to get enough time to establish themselves. We’ll see which guys do that on Saturday night.
