The Los Angeles Rams take on the Oakland Raiders on Saturday, Aug. 19 in the 2017 NFL preseason. Here’s all the info you need to watch.

The Los Angeles Rams are fresh off a win over the Dallas Cowboys in Week 1 of the 2017 NFL Preseason, but the wins don’t really mean much as the exhibition games become battles of the backups so quickly. What was meaningful though was the play of starting quarterback Jared Goff. Although he was forced off the field and the team had to punt, Goff benefited from a muffed punt and had a hand in getting the team into the end zone.

Again a lucky bounce helped as receiver Robert Woods fumbled a reception, which ended up in the hands of rookie receiver Cooper Kupp for the score. It wasn’t pretty, but it worked. This week they need to see more progression from Goff and better handle on the ball as they fumbled five times in the game.

The Oakland Raiders on the other hand were all about the backups last week. Their quarterback, Derek Carr, broke his leg to end 2016 and has yet to hit the field. He’s healthy enough now, but may not suit up yet. The same can be said for running back Marshawn Lynch, who also hasn’t played yet — and still may not.
