The 2017 NFL Preseason keeps rolling along as the Cincinnati Bengals head to the Nation’s Capital to play the Washington Redskins. Both teams are coming off tough 2016 seasons in which they missed out on the post season.

So far, they also have each shown some struggles in the preseason. Last week Bengals quarterback Andy Dalton struggled to complete passes and he wasn’t able to push the ball downfield as he would like. The hope for him and his striped partners is that he can get it going again, like he did in 2015 before his hand injury.

Washington also has had some problems offensively as quarterback Kirk Cousins hasn’t seemed to get with his new teammates completely. In the offseason both starting receivers left and Cousins is trying to find a way to gel with his current cast of players.

He’s also trying to make sure he finally gets some respect out of his own team since the president of the team doesn’t even know his name. But when you pair the offensive struggles with a defense that’s still coming together, it’s been a tricky ask thus far for the Redskins. They’ll look to put a better foot forward in this matchup.
