The Dallas Cowboys scored 14 of their 24 points in the fourth quarter as they won in comeback fashion against the Raiders, here are 3 things we learned

It was about as exciting as a preseason game could be as the Dallas Cowboys erased a 21-10 deficit by scoring two touchdowns in the fourth quarter to beat the Oakland Raiders 24-21. The starters had their moment in the sun for Dallas, including running back Ezekiel Elliott who had his first action of the preseason.

The Boys sat him the first couple games despite a six-game suspension lingering over his head — pending an appeal that is to be heard on the 29th. Should Zeke miss the six games it would have been a long time for him not to get in on some live game action, which made his six carries feel much more meaningful than they normally would have.

Outside of Elliott, the team had all their other stars in action. Linebacker Sean Lee also made his preseason debut — and his running mate Jaylon Smith suited up for game two of his preseason career as he continues his inspirational return from a devastating knee injury at the end of his collegiate career.

There was plenty more action in this one as the Cowboys gave us a lot to think about in their dress rehearsal game. Here we will look at the game more in-depth with three things we learned against the Raiders.
