The New York Giants play the Dallas Cowboys in AT&T Stadium in Arlington, TX on Sunday, September 10. Here is all the info you need to watch.

Things just got interesting for the Sunday Night Football matchup between the home team Dallas Cowboys and the visiting New York Giants. It was confirmed on Tuesday night that star running back Ezekiel Elliott will play in the season opener as the legal battle between the NFL and the NFLPA ensues to decide whether or not he can be suspended.

For one night at least the drama is put on hold and Elliott will set out to defend his 2016 NFL rushing title. As a rookie the fourth overall pick rushed for 1,631 yards and 15 touchdowns, but had one bad game all year — the season opener against the Giants. In his professional debut Elliott had just 2.6 yards per rush and managed only 51 yards. He redeemed himself later in the year, but the Cowboys themselves lost both games to the Giants.

The Giants finished 11-5 and despite beating the Cowboys twice, they were unable to win the NFC East. They now hope a revamped offense featuring receiver Brandon Marshall and rookie tight end Evan Engram. Their real strength is the defense. They feature two of the best pass rushers in the game in Olivier Vernon and Jason Pierre-Paul at defensive end and a shut down corner in Janoris Jenkins.

The details for Sunday’s game are below:

Date: Sunday, September, 10
Start time: 8:30 P.M. EST

The Giants will have their hands full with not only Zeke but also quarterback Dak Prescott and receiver Dez Bryant. They may have made matters worse when head coach Ben McAdoo poked the bear saying he didn’t care who Dallas had at running back because there would be no room to run. Now the players will try and cash his check against arguably the best offensive line in the game and a pissed off Ezekiel Elliott.
