3. Ingram and Bosa terrorized the Broncos offensive line

Coming into the 2017 season, there were many people around the league that labeled Melvin Ingram and Joey Bosa two of the best pass-rushers in the entire NFL. Not only could they have a significant impact on the AFC West, but they could be one of the biggest reasons why this Los Angeles football team is considered a “sleeper” the year.

More from Los Angeles Chargers

That said, these two guys had their way with the Denver offensive-line on Monday night, taking down Trevor Siemian a combined three times. Not to mention, they had a combined three tackles-for-loss as well.

While we knew what to expect from Bosa heading into the weekend, it was Ingram that I was honestly concerned about. You never really know how a player will respond after signing a huge contract, but he gave everything he had for the Chargers on Monday Night Football.

For example, his spin move was absolutely deadly. Chargers defensive coordinator Gus Bradley moved Ingram inside-out and outside-in, which created some major match-up problems on the line of scrimmage. He truly is one of the most special players in the NFL today.

If these two guys can give that type of effort week-in and week-out, its hard to imagine why this team can’t be in the fight for a playoff spot.. With a great offense, Ingram and Bosa could take Los Angeles to new heights in 2017.
