2. Oakland Raiders D/ST (25.6 percent owned)

The Raiders have some playmakers on their defense and that includes outstanding pass-rusher Khalil Mack. This week the Raiders host one of the least-talented offenses in the NFL in the New York Jets.

I honestly can’t see a scenario where the the Raiders don’t force a few sacks a couple turnovers against the Jets. Last week the Bills less-superior defense finished as a top-10 fantasy football unit when they played against the Jets.

1. Carson Palmer, QB, Arizona Cardinals (21.1 percent owned)

Last week I had Palmer as my No. 1 deep sleeper and guess what? He stunk up the joint. He finished Week 1 as the 23rd ranked fantasy quarterback. But here I am again, ranking Palmer as my No.1 deep sleeper for the second consecutive week.

This week Palmer and the Cardinals take on the Indianapolis Colts. The same Colts who Rams quarterback Jared Goff carved up for 306 yards and one touchdown. If the game wasn’t such a blowout, Goff probably could have thrown for, 400 yards. I believe this is a nice bounce-back spot for Palmer and he should finish the week as a top-10 quarterback.
