Packers vs. Falcons live stream: Watch Week 2 online
By Randy Gurzi
The Green Bay Packers face the Atlanta Falcons on Sunday, Sept. 17 in NFL Week 2 on Sunday Night Football. Here’s all the info you need to watch.
It’s the home opener for the Atlanta Falcons as they host the Green Bay Packers, the same team they played their last home game against. It won’t be exactly the same though as their last meeting was in the Georgia Dome and this one will take place in the brand new Mercedes-Benz Stadium.
The Falcons were able to beat Green Bay in the last game played in the Georgia Dome, which just so happened to be the NFC Championship game. Led by 2016 NFL MVP Matt Ryan at quarterback, the Falcons stuffed the flame out of the red-hot Packers with a blow out win. Now they have a team looking for revenge in Week 2.
Neither team played incredibly well in Week 1 as the Packers beat the Seattle Seahawks 17-9 and had to hold on in the end. They were able to run out the clock and keep Seattle at bay.
The Falcons game was even closer against the Chicago Bears. A 23-17 lead came down to the last snap as defensive end Brooks Reed saved the day with a fourth-down sack that ended the Bears upset try.
On Sunday Night Football, it will be all about which team can shake off the rust and perform to their full potential.
