The Miami Dolphins face the New York Jets at MetLife Stadium on Sunday, Sept. 24 in NFL Week 3. Here’s all the info you need to watch.

It’s an AFC East divisional game as the 1-0 Miami Dolphins head north to play the 0-2 New York Jets in Week 3 of the 2017 NFL Season. Miami missed out on Week 1 action as Hurricane Irma forced them to reschedule their opening game to Week 11, thus eliminating their late season bye. The Jets are looking rough after a nine point loss to open the season, followed by a 25-point blowout in Week 2.

Heading into this one, Gang Green needs to find a way to play competitive football. Their offense lacks explosive stars and quarterback Josh McCown has never been one to rack up the wins in his career. Defensively they have pieces, but need them to all come together on Sunday to keep their downward spiral from getting out of control.

Miami looks to have dodged a bullet in a sense. They lost starting quarterback Ryan Tannehill for the season, but they lured Jay Cutler out of the broadcast booth to lead their team. After one game he looks like he will keep them competitive, which means their season may not be a loss as it so often is for teams that lose their signal-caller.

Tune in to see if the veteran McCown can get things figured out for the Jets, or if the Cutler-led Dolphins can improve to 2-0 early on. For anyone who can’t get it on television, check out NFL Sunday Ticket for streaming services or Game Pass for replays.

Most believe the Jets are tanking, and watching them play a divisional rival could add to that if they fail to look competitive against a team they see twice every year. No one could blame them though, as this quarterback situation needs to get fixed if they ever want to truly compete in the AFC East.
