Taking a look at which two NFL teams will take the field on Monday Night Football in Week 4 of the 2017 season.

Monday Night Football in Week 4 will feature an exciting matchup between the Kansas City Chiefs and the Washington Redskins. Kansas City remains one of only two teams in the league that remains undefeated after a 24-10 road win over the Los Angeles Chargers. The Chiefs proved to be one of the best teams in the league on Sunday, as six teams lost their first games of the season on Sunday.

The Atlanta Falcons, who are the other team currently undefeated, won on a controversial call that reversed what would have been a game-winning touchdown for the Detroit Lions.

Washington is coming off of a domination over the Oakland Raiders on Sunday, defeating the previously undefeated Raiders team 27-10. Washington’s defense looked significantly better than they had in the first two weeks of the season. Washington forced three turnovers and shut out Oakland until the final minutes of the third quarter. The offense for Washington also played well, outgaining the Raiders 472 yards to 128 yards.

Kansas City will be looking to continue their offensive success, much of which due to rookie phenom Kareem Hunt. After the first three games of Hunt’s NFL career, he currently leads the league in all-purpose yards, with 157 yards more than the next player. Hunt is also leading the league in rushing yards per game with 133.7 yards. No other player in the NFL is even averaging 100 yards per game.

If Hunt continued this pace he would have one of the greatest seasons in NFL history. Hunt is on pace to reach 2,139 rushing yards by the end of the season, which would break the NFL season rushing record by 35 yards. If Hunt’s production doesn’t drop off, he would not only dominate the Rookie of the Year race but would be a favorite to win the NFL MVP.
