2. Andy Dalton, QB, Cincinnati Bengals (15.5 percent owned)

After a terrible start to the season, the Bengals fired their offensive coordinator Ken Zampese after Week 2 and promoted quarterbacks coach Bill Lazor to run the offense. In the Bengals first game with Lazor at the helm last week, Dalton threw for 212 yards and 2 touchdowns.

This week he takes on the Cleveland Browns. Every quarterback who has played against the Browns this season has scored multiple touchdowns and has thrown for at least 217 yards. Something tells me Dalton will continue that trend this week.

1. Trevor Siemian, QB, Denver Broncos (30.0 percent owned)

In Weeks 1-2, Siemian played at home in Sports Authority Field at Mile High and averaged 22+ fantasy points per game. After a rough outing in Week 3, Siemian will return back home to take on the Oakland Raiders.

Last week the Raiders gave up 365 passing yards and 3 touchdowns to Redskins quarterback Kirk Cousins. The week before that, Jets quarterback Josh McCown finished with 15.7 fantasy points after throwing a couple touchdown passes against the Raiders. Due to the matchup, I have a feeling Siemian will push for 20+ fantasy points for the third time in four weeks.
