The NFL has scheduled an exciting NFC North matchup on Monday Night Football in Week 5. The Chicago Bears will play host to the Minnesota Vikings in a game that could have serious implications on the outcome of the division.

Both teams are coming off of tough losses to division rivals in Week 4. The Bears lost 35-14 on the road against the Green Bay Packers on Thursday Night Football. The Vikings hosted the Detroit Lions on Sunday and lost a close 14-7 game. The Lions and Packers are now tied at the top of the division.
This game could be the NFL debut of the Bears top 2017 draft pick Mitchell Trubisky, who they traded up to the No. 2 spot to select. The Bears had elected to bench Trubisky in his rookie season to give him time to develop more.
However, after the struggles of quarterback Mike Glennon, who the Bears signed to a 3-year, $45 million deal in the offseason. It should be noted, though, that the Bears are only financially committed to Glennon through the 2017 season as the final two years on his contract are really team-options.
The Vikings have had recent success in this series, winning four of the last five games against the Bears. However, very little of that success has been found in Chicago. Minnesota has only won two of the last twelve games at Soldier Field dating back to 2003.
