The New Orleans Saints face the Detroit Lions on Sunday, Oct. 15 in NFL Week 6 of the 2017 season, and here is all the info you need to watch.

The New Orleans Saints will take on the Detroit Lions in Week 6 of the 2017 NFL season. The Saints are coming off a bye week, with their previous game being a 20-0 win over the Miami Dolphins in London. New Orleans put together an impressive trio of offense. Quarterback Drew Brees got the ball rolling, going 29-for-41 on the day, and passing for 268 yards and two touchdowns.

Wideout Michael Thomas and running back Alvin Kamara were on the receiving end of both of those. Thomas had a great day catching eight passes for 89 yards and a touchdown. Playing the role of a dual-threat back Kamara carried the rock five times for 25 yards. He had a much better day through the air, snagging 10 passes for 71 yards and a touchdown.

In the Motor City, the Detroit Lions played tough but fell to the Carolina Panthers by a 27-24 margin. Matthew Stafford had a great game, going 23-of-35, passing for 229 yards and two touchdowns. Perhaps the biggest story of this contest was the play of the tight ends.

Eric Ebron had a tough day, dropping several passes. In the meantime, Darren Fells stepped in and picked up the slack, catching two passes for 24 yards and two touchdowns. A 20-yard snag was his longest of the day, and his unexpected production gave the team a boost.

With both teams coming off weeks where offensive production was plentiful, the defenses will be something to watch in this game. Specifically, I would watch the pass rushes on both sides and see if they are able to get to the quarterback. If they do not, these offenses could be in for big days.
